Choosing Your Client Status
Anyone can search for images on indexstock.com as our guest. Guests are able to view all thumbnail sized images and watermarked 32KB files. But in order to view 2MB images and save baskets, our guests must first register.
There are two levels of registration: "light" and "approved". Approved Users, the highest level of registration, have the ability to download NON-watermarked 2MB images--great for comping!
A summary of the benefits of each is listed below.

Light Registration
Light registration requires guests to provide their email address, first name, and a reminder question/answer (which helps if they forget their password). As a registered user, a client is able to:
- View all thumbnail images
- Request and receive Free Research (an Account Executive an Index Stock Imagery will find images for you and deliver them electronically)
- Save and manage baskets
- View watermarked 32KB and 2MB images
- License 28MB hi-res images using a credit card (which also requires entering billing information and phone number)

Approved users
To be an Approved User means the "account" has been approved. To obtain approval of
an account, a guest must first complete the Light Registration form and then go to
"My Account - Personal Information" and click on "Request Corporate Account". Once
the corporate information (Company name, address, phone, etc.) has been entered, an
email will be generated to an account representative at Index Stock Imagery for
review. The client will receive an email with Approved/Denied status. Approved Users
will be granted the following rights:
- View of all thumbnail images
- Request and receive Free Research (an Account Executive an Index Stock Imagery will find images for you and deliver them electronically)
- View of NON-watermarked 32KB and 2MB images
- Save and manage baskets
- Ability to license 28MB hi-res images using a corporate account which will be invoiced by Index Stock Imagery.

Change Account ID or Password
If you wish to change your Account ID or your Password, you must contact us via
email. All information supplied by Index Stock Imagery is sent to the email address used
in past ordering.
If you wish to have additional accounts, simply go through the “becoming a member”
steps for each account and choose separate IDs and Passwords for each.

Forgot Your Password?
Never Fear! Simply send Index Stock Imagery an email requesting any information you need.
We'll send requested information only to the email address that was previously used for ordering.

View Your Past Orders
Members can always access past orders for one year from the date of license.
Simply enter
your Account ID and Password. After you log on, go to 'My Account' and select 'Past Orders'
you will see all of you past orders.
